PTA Announces 5G Spectrum Auction Timeline for Pakistan

The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has officially announced that the country’s much-anticipated 5G spectrum auction will take place between April and May 2025. This announcement was made by PTA Chairman Major General (Retd.) Hafeez-ur-Rehman during a recent event attended by Malaysian telecom industry officials.
